Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which HumanXQuant may issue refunds for subscription services and premium access. By purchasing any paid plan, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Digital Service Nature
HumanXQuant delivers digital services, including access to live algorithmic trading performance data, strategy content, and educational materials. Because access is granted immediately upon payment and the content is non-tangible, our refund options are limited. Digital content cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Persistent technical issues preventing access, unresolved within 7 business days of reporting
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification and investigation)
- Service discontinuation by HumanXQuant before the end of your paid subscription period
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Subscribers)
First-time subscribers to any paid plan may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the Service, provided that:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
- The subscriber has not previously received a refund from HumanXQuant
- Substantial portions of premium content have not been consumed or downloaded
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the 7-day satisfaction window has expired
- Trading losses resulting from strategies viewed or discussed on the platform
- Dissatisfaction with general market conditions or trading outcomes
- Account termination due to violations of our Terms and Conditions
- Issues caused by third-party factors such as internet connectivity or brokerage platforms
3. Pro-Rata Refunds
In cases where a service discontinuation occurs before the end of your subscription period, a pro-rata refund may be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = (Days Remaining ÷ Total Days in Period) × Subscription Price
For example, if your monthly subscription costs $100 and you have 20 of 30 days remaining, your refund would be $66.67.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submitting a Request
To request a refund, email us at hello@humanxquant.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:
- The email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting information
Review Process
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete our review within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card provider's processing times.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Promotional, discounted, or limited-time offer subscriptions
- Lifetime access packages or special bundles
- Add-on services purchased separately
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@humanxquant.com. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied, and no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current period unless otherwise required by law.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us may result in immediate account suspension, and HumanXQuant reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting evidence of service delivery. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.
8. Policy Changes
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. The policy in place at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
